A full-stack developer's account of building civic technology for the Philippines from a desk in Abu Dhabi, between the workday and bedtime, one commit at a time.

By day, I am a full-stack developer and designer for an ICT company in Abu Dhabi. By night, after my wife and four-year-old daughter are asleep, my focus shifts to a higher calling: building the digital infrastructure that demands transparency, democratizes education, and empowers citizens in the Philippines. Free time is a hard-earned luxury, but I believe we have a profound responsibility to use our skills to uplift society.
My advocacy relies on deployed solutions, not passive commentary. I dedicate my spare hours to four core initiatives:
Building my life in the UAE with my family has not distanced me from the challenges of my homeland.
I may be miles away, but every interface I design and every line of code I write is a bridge back home. I do not need a political platform to drive societal change, just a willingness to offer my spare time and my technical stack to help build a fairer, more transparent Philippines, one commit at a time.
Whether for a full-time role, a startup venture, or a collaborative project, I take on a select number of engagements each quarter. If you need a senior partner who holds both the architecture and the implementation in the same head, let's build something.
